INGREDIENTS
1- 1 KG Drum sticks
2- 1 cup plum sauce
3- 1/3 cup honey
4- 2 teaspoons soya sauce
5 -finely grated rind of 1 lime
6 -1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
7- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
METHOD
1-Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large, shallow baking dish with non-stick baking paper.
2-Place plum sauce, honey, soya sauce, lime rind, ginger and allspice in a bowl and mix it well.
3-Place drumsticks in prepared dish, and spoon plum sauce mixture over drumsticks. Bake 30- 40 minutes.
4-When you get nice golden brown co lour serve hot.
